Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner (PT, OT, or SLP License Required)

Key Responsibilities

The Clinic Director will oversee all clinic operations, including recruiting and leading the team, while delivering high-quality patient care within their licensed discipline. They are responsible for building local relationships, managing the clinic's financial and operational performance, and fostering a positive, inclusive culture.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program and possess or be eligible for state licensure. Previous experience in pediatric therapy is highly preferred for this leadership and clinical role.
