Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in their homes while developing personalized plans of care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and supervise PTAs and aides to ensure high-quality service.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s) and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance. 2–4 years of experience is preferred.
