PRN Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The physical therapist will evaluate and treat patients in their homes while developing personalized care plans. They are also responsible for collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and supervising physical therapist assistants and aides.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid driver's license with auto insurance. 2–4 years of professional experience is preferred for this role.
