Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person group well-being interventions aimed at enhancing resilience and fostering healthy working relationships.

• Implement short-term, solution-focused group interventions like CBT, ACT, and SFBT.

• Deliver experiential, interactive group interventions focused on active engagement and real-time skills application.

• Complete all associated administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

• Required Master's degree in the field of Psychology or Psychotherapy.

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.

• Registered with Conselho Federal de Psicologia Additional training in short-term, solution-focused therapy is a plus.

• Certification in suicide risk assessment (e. g., SafeTALK, ASIST) preferred.

Work Schedule

• Contract position.
