Key Responsibilities
The Social Worker provides comprehensive case management, crisis intervention, and biopsychosocial assessments to patients and families within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. They are responsible for developing treatment and discharge plans while advocating for efficient care and documenting all clinical activities according to regulatory standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program and possess an active LMSW license from the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners. A minimum of one year of related professional experience is required for this role.
