Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will conduct patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and perform interventions to improve functional status and mobility. They are responsible for coordinating care with the medical team and documenting patient progress according to company policy.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice and possess a valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle. A CPR certification is preferred or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
