Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, establish individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional outcomes. They are also responsible for coordinating discharge planning, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid state license to practice. Additionally, the role requires Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and patient transfers.
