Key Responsibilities

The BCBA is responsible for providing clinical direction, developing and revising Individualized Treatment Plans, and overseeing their implementation. They also provide clinical support, training, and guidance to the treatment team to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis (BCBA) and possess a professional license such as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LBS, or CNRP. Additionally, applicants must pass background checks, including FBI and child abuse clearances, and a pre-employment physical and drug test.
