Key Responsibilities

The BCBA provides clinical direction for individualized treatment plans and oversees the implementation of ABA-based interventions for children and young adults. They are responsible for managing a caseload, conducting assessments, and providing clinical guidance to the treatment team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis (BCBA) and possess a license as a Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LBS, or CNRP. Additionally, applicants must pass background checks, including FBI and child abuse clearances, and a pre-employment physical and drug test.
