Pharmacist - Inpatient Pharmacy - PRN

Key Responsibilities

This role maintains and ensures complete and appropriate drug therapy within a multidisciplinary pharmaceutical care environment by preparing, dispensing, and verifying medications for assigned patients using safe and cost-effective decision-making. The pharmacist will also assess, evaluate, and monitor patient drug therapy, provide drug information, and deliver patient education and other clinical pharmacy services.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, though a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) is preferred, and must hold a current Pharmacy license in the state of practice with no required prior work experience. Essential abilities include strong computer skills for data management, effective communication, and the capacity to perform clinical assessments of physician orders.
