Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist designs, monitors, and evaluates patient-specific pharmacy care plans while coordinating services with the nursing department. They also provide medication education to patients and caregivers while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited School of Pharmacy with a current, active Pharmacy license. Applicants should possess experience in sterile IV admixture, clinical pharmacy practice, or completion of an accredited residency program.
