Key Responsibilities

The PRN Staff Pharmacist will provide personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services while ensuring efficient pharmacy operations. They will also build relationships with the local medical community to ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college. A current and valid pharmacist license in the state of Oregon is required.
