Join Brown Medicine as a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist – Hybrid, M-F in Cranston, Rhode Island, United States. Brown University Health's clinical pharmacy team is seeking a pharmacist with advanced ambulatory care experience. This pharmacist will provide clinical cross-coverage to patients in diverse settings, such as primary care, cardiology, infectious diseases, and behavioral health.

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and possess an unrestricted pharmacist license in Massachusetts or Rhode Island. Completion of a PGY-2 residency in the area of specialty and national board certification are required.
