Key Responsibilities
This role oversees and delivers patient-centered pharmaceutical care, including medication information, education, preparation, and distribution to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient therapy. The pharmacist provides input to and implements the patient's plan of care using sound judgment and clinical skills while adhering to all regulations.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school and must obtain Registered Pharmacist licensure within 120 days if not already current. A minimum of three years of recent relevant experience is required, along with knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and various practice settings.
