Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist III, Critical Care

Key Responsibilities

This role involves delivering patient-centered pharmaceutical care, including medication information, education, preparation, and distribution to ensure safe and cost-efficient therapy based on the patient's diagnosis. The pharmacist must exercise sound clinical judgment to implement the plan of care and effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must have a Doctorate from an accredited School of Pharmacy and be a licensed Pharmacist, with ACLS certification required for code response. A minimum of one year of recent relevant experience is typical, though two years in Critical Care or a PGY2 in Critical Care is preferred.
