Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
The social worker will provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions and develop individualized treatment plans for adults and seniors in long-term care facilities. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Social Work and possess an active LICSW or LCSW license to practice independently. Significant experience in treating adult or senior populations with severe persistent mental illness is required.
