Job Description

Traveling Dental Hygienist Fond du Lac Wisconsin- up to a $15000 SIGN ON BONUS for full time

At Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, we offer the best of both worlds. You get the patient focused, relationship driven feel of a private practice along with the support, technology, and stability of a larger organization. If you are looking for something beyond the traditional hygiene role, this opportunity brings variety, flexibility, and the chance to make an impact across multiple teams.

We are currently looking for a Traveling Dental Hygienist to support our Fond du Lac area practices. This is a unique opportunity to work with great teams, meet a diverse patient base, and keep your days fresh and engaging.

Why This Role Stands Out

No two days feel the same. You will work between two well established Fond du Lac practices, bringing energy and support where it is needed while keeping your schedule dynamic and interesting.

You will be a valued clinical partner. Each team will rely on your expertise, and you will quickly become a trusted and respected part of both offices.

You get the best of both worlds. Enjoy the consistency of a stable role while experiencing variety in patients, teams, and daily flow.

You will continue to grow. With access to mentorship and company paid continuing education, you can expand your skills and stay at the top of your field.

You will make a real difference. Step into practices where your presence directly supports patient care, access, and outcomes.

You will be part of a culture that feels different. Supportive, welcoming teams that appreciate your flexibility, professionalism, and clinical excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care across both locations
  • Educate patients and build trust quickly with a variety of patient personalities
  • Adapt seamlessly to different teams while maintaining consistency in care
  • Partner with doctors to support diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Deliver a positive, comfortable patient experience every day

What We Are Looking For

  • Licensed Dental Hygienist in Wisconsin
  • Confident, adaptable, and comfortable working in multiple practice settings
  • Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly with patients and teams
  • Passion for patient education and preventive care
  • Positive, team first mindset

What You Can Expect

  • Competitive pay
  • Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k
  • Company paid continuing education and career development
  • A flexible, engaging role that keeps your work exciting
  • If you are someone who enjoys variety, thrives in different environments, and wants to be part of a team that truly values your contribution, this is the opportunity for you.
  • Apply today and bring your skills to a role that keeps you challenged, supported, and inspired.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For

  • A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
  • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
  • A current CPR certification
