Key Responsibilities

• day evaluation on all your staff. Provide input for annual staff evaluations. Complete daily Clinical Supervisor shift report accurately. Other duties upon request.

Requirements

• Licensure: Current RN license to practice in the State of TX required, BSN preferred.

• Education: Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program Experience: Two years of management experience preferred in an Inpatient Mental Health setting.

• Certifications: Current CPR or obtain in orientation and Hospital de-escalation program must be attained upon orientation.

• Team player Skills in maintaining information as highly confidential; very skilled in flexibility, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
