Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist provides direct patient care, including medication management, therapy plan development, and monitoring to ensure optimal clinical outcomes. They also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide education to students, residents, and staff.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE-approved college, with a PharmD preferred. Applicants require at least one year of pharmacy residency or three years of clinical pharmacy experience, along with active pharmacist licensure or eligibility.
