Grow Your Neuro Expertise. Build the Career You Want.
IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join South Sound Physical & Hand Therapy – Lacey, a busy outpatient clinic serving the quieter residential community of Lacey, just outside Olympia.
New graduates eager to learn are also welcome: Mentorship is a strong part of this clinic’s culture. Alongside neurological and vestibular care, the clinic treats a broad mix of postoperative and orthopedic patients and offers room to develop additional specialties outside pelvic health.
Exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician with Neurological or Vestibular rehabilitation expertise: You’ll work alongside Clinic Director Dr. Krista Piliusenko, PT, DPT, LSVT BIG Cert., AIB-VRC, whose clinical background includes vestibular rehabilitation.
Why This Role?
Competitive Compensation: Earn a base salary of $86,500–$93,000, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional 20% of your base salary through IRG's professional revenue share model while maintaining 1:1 patient care.
Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a full-time schedule with no weekend shifts. Our Lacey clinic is closed on weekends, giving you more time for family, personal interests, and life outside the clinic.
Clinical Mentorship: Join a team that actively supports new graduates and ongoing clinical learning, with opportunities to discuss cases, strengthen clinical reasoning, and build confidence.
Neuro & Vestibular Focus: Treat patients with balance, gait, and vestibular concerns in a clinic offering vestibular rehabilitation, balance and falls prevention, and LSVT BIG services.
Build Your Clinical Niche: Bring established neuro expertise or develop another specialty that complements the clinic’s broad outpatient services; pelvic health is not a planned growth area here.
Professional Development: Access clinical education, residency support, and opportunities to pursue advanced clinical training.
