About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • at these additional sites.
  • Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the areas of cardiology and advanced heart failure including cardiogenic shock, cardiac transplantation and mechanical circulatory support.
  • In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license.
  • Successful candidate must have completed internal medicine residency program, as well as cardiovascular disease, and advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology fellowship programs.
  • Successful candidates must be board certified / eligible in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
  • All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
