Requirements

Qualifications: Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education; and one (1) year of clinical experience as Physical Therapist.

Licenses, Certifications, Special Requirements: Must possess a current, active and unrestricted Physical Therapy licensure from the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).

Must have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Upon recommendation for hire, a criminal background and a National FBI fingerprint check are required to determine suitability for employment, including a 39-month driving record.
