Job Details: Job Location: BHS Prince William - Woodbridge, VA, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: Graduate Degree, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Flexible, Job Category: Nonprofit - Social Services, Youth For Tomorrow (YFT) is a faith-based, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1986 by Hall of Fame football coach Joe Gibbs. YFT is a large, diverse, and experienced organization committed to serving children, adolescents, adults, and families. Youth For Tomorrow Behavioral Health Services is seeking a licensed substance abuse counselor to provide outpatient services at our Woodbridge, Virginia office. The clinician will provide both mental health and substance use assessments and treatment services to adolescents and adults. YFT-BHS provides outpatient substance use treatment at the ASAM 1.0 level of care. The clinician must be knowledgeable about ASAM criteria and able to assess patients, determine appropriate treatment needs, provide outpatient treatment, and make referrals to higher levels of care when clinically indicated.

Salary Range

This position will maintain a weekly caseload of approximately 22 to 25 completed sessions, depending on the number of CSAC super

Schedule and Work Setting This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday hybrid position with the following schedule: Four days per week in the Woodbridge office from 11:00 a. m. to 7:00 p. m Mon thru Wed and Thurs 9am to 5pm. Fridays are exclusively virtual, 9am to 5pm with all services provided through telehealth that day. The Woodbridge office has a well-established team of therapists and strong community support. Behavioral Health Services YFT-BHS serves children beginning at age five, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We provide services to individuals who are uninsured or underinsured and accept most private insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicare. Our outpatient behavioral health services are delivered through a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth sessions. YFT-BHS maintains offices throughout Northern Virginia and Richmond. Youth For Tomorrow Behavioral Health Services is nationally accredited by The Joint Commission and the Council on Accreditation (COA).

Qualifications

Requirements

Candidates must hold a graduate degree in a behavioral health field and possess a valid Virginia license such as LPC, LCSW, or LSATP. Applicants are also required to have experience with ASAM criteria and meet the qualifications to provide clinical supervision for CSAC candidates.
