Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patient conditions to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and pain management. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and educate patients and caregivers on safety and self-care strategies.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license and a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. A minimum of one year of experience is required, along with current BLS and CPR certifications.
