Position Overview
We are expanding our team and looking for Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) to provide therapy to adult individuals and couples.
- Job Type: Full-time, Remote
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions
- Complete documentation within 24 hours
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Participate in peer case consultations
Maintain Accurate and Timely Records
- Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline
- Active independent licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW)
- Comfortable using technology for virtual therapy sessions

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and possess active independent licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, or LCSW). Proficiency in using technology for virtual therapy sessions is also required.
