Job description

Description
Earn up to $200,000 | Full-Scope Medical Optometry | Surgical Co-Management | North King County/South Snohomish, WA
Northwest Eye Surgeons is a well-established, multi-location ophthalmology group delivering advanced medical and surgical eye care across the Pacific Northwest. We're known for clinical excellence, fellowship-trained surgeons, and a genuinely collaborative MD/OD culture, and we're looking for an Optometrist ready to practice at the top of their license.

If you want more than routine exams, if you want to be a true clinical partner in cataract and glaucoma care, working shoulder-to-shoulder with subspecialty-trained ophthalmologists from diagnosis through post-op, this is that role.

Click here to see our culture, our physician leadership, our locations, and what it's really like to build a career with Northwest Eye Surgeons/Sight Partners.

You'll join our Washington team providing comprehensive medical eye care with an emphasis on cataract and glaucoma co-management. You'll work directly with our ophthalmologists in a true team-based model, not as a referral source, but as an integral part of the surgical care pathway. This role is built for optometrists who want complex, intellectually engaging cases and a career that grows alongside a respected surgical practice.
Earn up to $200,000 with a strong, transparent production model
Practice full-scope medical optometry in an active surgical setting, with no ceiling on your clinical growth
Work alongside subspecialty-trained ophthalmologists who value your expertise and treat you as a true clinical partner
Modern clinics, advanced diagnostics, the technology and tools to practice confidently
Excellent support staff so your time goes to patients, not paperwork
Ongoing CE, mentorship, and training to keep sharpening your skills
A life you'll love outside the clinic, one of Washington's most scenic and desirable regions, with easy access to Seattle, the Puget Sound, and the mountains
What You'll Do
Perform comprehensive medical eye exams
Provide pre- and post-operative cataract and glaucoma care
Co-manage patients within a true collaborative MD/OD model
Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment plans, building trust and long-term relationships
Document efficiently within our EMR
Participate in ongoing CE and professional development
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary plus production incentives
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) with employer contribution
Company-paid life insurance
Generous PTO and paid holidays
A supported path for long-term professional growth
