Position Summary
This position is responsible for implementing physical therapy treatment plans and performs physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed physical therapist, applying current physical therapy concepts within the context of established methods and techniques. This position works under supervision. Work situations are of a routine nature but vary for day to day. This position requires a service-oriented individual, the use of discretion and good judgment, and attention to detail. Internal contacts occasionally include other patient services staff. External contacts are extensive with patients and may also include patient family and physicians.

Requirements
Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Washington
Minimum one (1) year of experience in physical therapy in an adult acute care, orthopedic, neurology, gerontology, and/or oncology preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $33.30 - $55.05 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
