Job description

The optometrist will conduct eye exams for Acuity Eyecare group and strive to practice to the full capacity of their license. The optometrist will support practice growth by establishing patient relationships and education to the patient on eyecare.

Key Responsibilities
The optometrist will conduct comprehensive eye exams, diagnose sight problems and eye diseases, and prescribe appropriate treatments such as eyeglasses, contact lenses, or medications. They are also responsible for building long-term patient relationships and providing pre- and postoperative care for surgical patients.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctorate of Optometry from a credentialed institution. Additionally, they must have successfully passed all required optometric state board examinations.
