Teacher Coaching & Professional Development

  • Provide constructive feedback to teachers and staff on language-supportive practices.
  • Model effective strategies within the classroom.

Design and facilitate professional development sessions focused on speech, language, and communication best practices.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to provide coaching and feedback in a supportive, nonjudgmental manner.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple sites and adapt to the evolving needs of the program.
  • Schedule & Work Environment
  • Monday – Friday: 7:40am – 4:00pm or 10:00am – 6:00pm (alternating)
