About the Role
Join TEKsystems as a Collections Counselor – Hybrid, Phoenix in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact members with past due consumer loan and credit card accounts within the first 30 days of delinquency.
- Educate and counsel members on their financial obligations, helping them understand available options and develop manageable repayment plans.
- Provide personalized financial counseling aimed at improving members’ financial stability and long-term success.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and recommend solutions that align with both member needs and organizational objectives.
