Job Description

• Position: Full-time Clinic Director - Physical Therapist
• License Required: Yes – Active License as a Physical Therapist
• Education Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Our Location: 133 Market Center Way, Daleville, VA 24083

Compensation Range: $93,000 - $126,000/per year

This position is eligible for additional compensation: Director bonus plan + student loan repayment, sign-on bonus, or relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Therapy program with current or pending licensure in the respective state required.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
