Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient PRN

Key Responsibilities

The physical therapist will evaluate patients, formulate treatment plans, and perform re-evaluations according to department guidelines. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with the care team and patients.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and possess a valid Virginia Physical Therapist license or compact privileges. A BLS certification from the American Heart Association is also required upon start.
