Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will perform patient assessments and implement individualized treatment programs within a home health setting. They are responsible for coordinating care with the clinical team, documenting medical records, and supervising Physical Therapist Assistants.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Physical Therapy and be licensed by the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy. One year of clinical experience is required for home health positions, along with BLS certification.
