Job Description

Position Requirements

  • Per Diem CRNA opportunity at North Knoxville Medical Center North Knoxville
  • Medical Center is an acute care hospital. The Powell hospital and medical center

offers private patient rooms with dedicated family areas. In addition, the

hospital has technologically advanced information and communications systems,

decentralized nursing stations for better efficiency and patient care, and

noise-reduction materials to provide patients with a more comfortable

experience. Medical supervision, flexible schedule options.

Total Rewards

Hourly Rate: W2 per diem rate: $175 per hour/1099 rate: $200 per hour

  • Orthopedics, general surgery, adult ENT, GI

Responsibilities

  • Pre-anesthesia assessment
  • Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
  • Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
  • Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
  • Performance of clinical intervention as needed

Requirements

  • Current license as a registered professional nurse
  • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
  • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse

Hourly Rate: W2 per diem rate: $175 per hour

1099 rate: $200 per hour
