Join IONA Senior Services as a Dementia Coordinator – Social Worker, Hybrid in United States. Join Our Team at Iona Senior Services! Are you passionate about creating a welcoming and vibrant community for older adults?

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct triage of referred cases of older adults with memory loss
  • Provide telephone consultations and resource referrals (including creating handouts) to DC residents with dementia and their family caregivers.
  • Conduct home visits and implement dementia

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, with appropriate current licensure in the District of Columbia.
