The Advanced Practice Provider collaborates with center leadership and medical staff to provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents. They are responsible for achieving clinical goals and improving health outcomes through high-quality, compassionate care.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with current state licensure and NCCPA or equivalent certification. A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
