Key Responsibilities

The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for managing airways during ECT treatments and performing clinical assessments to support the medical care team. They also contribute to quality improvement efforts and maintain effective communication through accurate documentation and interdepartmental collaboration.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Respiratory Care program and hold a current Connecticut Respiratory Care Practitioner license. Additionally, they are required to have at least two years of critical care experience and hold NBRC, ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications.
