Your Role

As a Traveling General Dentist, you will

* Provide comprehensive dental care across multiple Jefferson Dental clinics

* Perform exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, extractions, and preventative care

* Adapt to different clinic environments and work collaboratively with various dental teams

* Educate patients on oral health and treatment options

* Maintain accurate patient records and uphold Jefferson Dental's clinical standards

* Deliver a consistent, patient-first experience at every location

* Support clinics based on patient demand, staffing needs, and business priorities

What We’RE Looking For

* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

* Active Texas dental license

* Strong clinical skills and sound clinical judgment

* Excellent communication and patient-care skills

* Ability to work effectively with different teams and adapt to different clinic environments

* Comfortable traveling throughout DFW, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin

* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed

* A team-oriented, growth-minded approach to dentistry
