Family Medicine Physician - Southern Oregon
Commonwealth Medical Services is seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our dedicated team in Southern Oregon. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will work closely with a collaborative healthcare team to deliver high-quality services in a supportive and community-oriented environment. MD/DO with board certification in Family Medicine and an active Oregon medical license. Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach are required.
