Key Responsibilities
The therapist conducts diagnostic assessments, develops treatment plans, and provides individual, family, and group counseling services. They also participate in multi-disciplinary team reviews and maintain accurate clinical case histories for patient progress.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant counseling or psychology field from an accredited institution. A current license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and an NPI number are required.
