We have been an NCQA certified medical home since 2011 and are continuously working on ways we can better serve our patients and our community.

We also maintain an affiliation with Dartmouth- Hitchcock Medical Center and participate in their outpatient pediatrics medical student rotation. Our scope of practice includes children from birth through college, following the AAP and Bright Futures recommendations through annual Well Child and Adolescent care.

We also provide care coordination for children with chronic conditions as well as treatment of acute illnesses and minor injuries.
