Key Responsibilities
The Clinic Director will lead a team of physical therapists to provide high-quality patient care while fostering a collaborative and supportive clinic environment. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, building community relationships, and driving the growth and culture of the clinic.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and possess or be eligible for a physical therapist license in Illinois. Previous experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred, along with a strong passion for leadership and professional development.
