Job description
● Job Title: Locum CRNA
● Employment Status: 1099
● Job Type: Locum/Contract
● Location: Western Virginia
● Duration: Ongoing
● Shifts: Mix of 10 and 12 hour shifts, general start time is 8am
● Call: N/A
● Case Types: General, ortho, OB, endo, EP/Cath lab, MRI, vascular, ENT, plastics and urology. Da Vinci robot also in use.
● Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
● EMR: EPIC
● Supervision Model: Medical supervision, CRNA to MD ratio is 4:1
● Special Considerations: Board certification or fellowship required
Job Summary: Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Locum CRNA to provide comprehensive anesthetic care across a variety of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent decision-making skills, and a patient-centered approach to care. This opportunity offers the flexibility of a locum arrangement while being part of a collaborative and respected medical team.
Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Virginia.
● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in general, ortho, OB, endo and vascular cases.
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
● BLS and ACLS certification required.
