Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree and possess an active, unrestricted medical license in Indiana or Illinois. Prior experience in urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine, along with previous provider supervision experience, is preferred.
