Behavioral Health Therapist (NY) - Part-Time Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

The therapist will perform psychosocial assessments and provide counseling and therapy to patients using evidence-based modalities for common conditions like depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders. Responsibilities also include maintaining required documentation, treatment planning, and working closely with patients, families, and the team to overcome treatment obstacles.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work and hold an LMSW or LCSW license in New York, with required experience working with pediatric and adolescent patients. Essential qualifications include knowledge of medical terminology, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and expertise in the psychosocial aspects of illness.
