Key Responsibilities
The clinician evaluates patients and develops goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team. They provide or refer patients for necessary therapy and manage the discharge planning process.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling and possess a valid New York State LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC certification. At least two years of experience in psychiatric social work or counseling is preferred, along with current BLS certification.
