Key Responsibilities
The incumbent is responsible for providing individual therapy and counseling services to patients within an integrated primary care setting. They will also perform psycho/social assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide supervision to MSW staff as needed.
Requirements
A Master’s Degree in Social Work and a current NYS LMSW license are required. At least 3 years of post-M.S.W. supervised experience is preferred, along with a current NYS LCSW license.
