Carolina Heart Specialists is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established cardiology team in Lancaster, South Carolina. This is a full-time, outpatient cardiology position offering a Monday–Friday schedule with no call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
The provider will evaluate and manage both new and established cardiology patients, performing comprehensive assessments and coordinating treatment plans. Requirements
Candidates must be a certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active South Carolina license or the ability to obtain one. At least two years of direct cardiology experience is strongly preferred, along with strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
