Occupational Therapist - Multi-site Coverage

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat residents to improve their functional abilities and independence according to individualized care plans. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, and train staff and families on therapy goals.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy and possess a current, unrestricted license in the State of Ohio. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred, and the role requires reliable transportation for travel between facilities.
