Job Description
Now Hiring: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Are you passionate about helping others regain independence and improve their quality of life? We’re looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team! You’ll evaluate and treat residents based on physician orders and AOTA guidelines, collaborate with families and care teams, and help ensure therapy goals are carried out effectively.
- What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on evaluation and treatment to residents
- Communicate with families, physicians, and staff
- Document progress in medical records
- Train staff to support therapy goals
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (minimum)
- Registered and licensed OT in Ohio
- New grads are welcome!
- Experience with NetHealth and PCC is a plus

Requirements
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and be a registered, licensed OT in Ohio. New graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
